Mike did another triathlon in Rexburg on the 15 of August and I am so proud of him! He swam just over half a mile, biked 14.2 miles, and ran 3.1 miles! He did so well that HE was even a little shocked. He placed 3rd in his age group and placed 17 overall out of 220 triathletes.

Ok Jess I can't believe that you got up at 5am to take pictures of your man, and Mike I can't believe you placed 3rd. That's awesome. That's a sweet bike you have.
